What we collect, and what we don't.

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains how Everstack Studio handles your information. We collect what we need to deliver your orders, answer your questions, send the emails you ask for, and understand how the site is used.

What we collect

Depending on what you do on the site, we collect:

  • When you buy: your name, email address, and order details (what you bought, when, and the amount paid). Billing information goes to our payment processor to complete the transaction.
  • When you ask for a free download or join our email list: your email address and which form you used.
  • When you contact us or answer an optional survey: what you send us.
  • When you browse: basic site analytics (pages visited, device type, referring site), and the Meta Pixel events described below.

How your payment is handled

Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details. Shopify's own privacy and security practices apply to that data.

How we use your info

We use the information above to:

  • Deliver your files and confirm your order.
  • Send fixes or minor updates for products you bought, when we release them.
  • Reply to support emails and help resolve issues with your order.
  • Send a free download you asked for, and occasional emails about new tools if you're on our list.
  • See which pages and products interest people, and measure any ads we run on Facebook or Instagram.

Analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how the site is used. When you view a product, add something to your cart, or start checkout, the Pixel tells Meta which page and product were involved, the price, and technical details about your browser and device. When you complete a purchase, Shopify's Facebook & Instagram app reports it to Meta. The privacy policy linked at checkout explains what Shopify shares. Meta may connect this information to a Facebook or Instagram account you're signed in to.

We use it to see which products people are interested in and, if we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, to measure those ads. You can control how Meta uses it in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block the Pixel with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker. The Pixel doesn't run on our account or admin pages.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or share our email list. Apart from the Meta Pixel described above, we don't share your information for advertising. If we change these practices, we'll say so here first.

Your choices

Every email from our list includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, and we'll do so within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. The Meta Pixel uses cookies to recognize your browser between visits. Apart from the Meta Pixel, this site doesn't set advertising cookies.

Services we use

Shopify runs checkout, payments, and order emails. Lovable hosts the site and its database and sends our emails. Meta provides the Meta Pixel. Google Fonts provides our typefaces.

Website inquiry form

When you ask for a free homepage concept or about the AI Assistant Setup, we keep the details you send (your name, business, email, town, what you're asking about, and any website, phone number or note you add) so we can reply to you. We don't add you to our email list. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and bots, which checks your browser and network when you submit.
