Simple, honest refunds.

If you bought a product on everstackstudio.com in the last 7 days and it isn't right for you, email support@everstackstudio.com with your order number and we'll refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason. A short note about what didn't work helps us improve, but it isn't required.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days. We don't remotely revoke files you've already downloaded.

After 7 days, refunds are handled case by case. If something is broken, mislabeled, or not as described, email us and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund it.

Etsy orders follow our Etsy shop policy: if a file won't open or doesn't match the listing, message us through Etsy. We'll fix it, or refund you if we can't.

Fixes and minor updates to the version you bought are free when we release them. A future major version is a separate product unless its page says otherwise.
