We look at your current site on a computer and on a phone, then mock up a new homepage using your logo, your colors and the photos already on your site. You get a preview and a one-page summary of what we'd change and why. Nothing goes live, and there's nothing to sign. If your site is already doing its job, we'll tell you.
Both get the same care, from the menu to the buttons.

Free concept. We mock up your new homepage and send you a preview. It costs nothing, and there's nothing to sign.
Plan. If you'd like to go ahead, we talk through what your site needs on a short call. You get a written proposal with the price, what's included, the timeline and who pays for what.
Build. A 50% deposit starts the work. We build your new site on a private preview link while your current site stays up, and you get two rounds of changes.
Launch. When you approve it, we point your domain at the new site. We copy your email settings first so your email keeps working, and old page links go to the matching new pages. Keep your old website plan for a week or two as a backup, then cancel it.
These are our launch prices. Refresh and Rebuild are paid once; each includes two rounds of changes and a one-page service agreement, and a 50% deposit starts the work. The Care plan is optional and month to month.

Your business shouldn't depend on us. Here's how we set things up.
They stay in your name, with the companies you use now.
When we need access, you invite us as a user, or we make the change together on a short call. We remove our access when our work ends.
Bookings, payments, reviews and social media stay in your own accounts. Your site links to them.
They're yours once the final invoice is paid, and we'll hand over a copy on request.
Every proposal lists each ongoing cost and who pays it.

Everstack Studio is based in Waterloo and run by Jason Rathjen. You deal with Jason directly, from your first concept to launch day and after, by phone, text or email.
Your email runs separately from your website, so the switch doesn't replace it. Before launch, we copy every email setting on your domain, and after the switch we test that email still arrives.
Your current site stays up while we build the new one on a private preview link. We switch over only after you approve it, and you keep your old plan for a week or two as a backup.
No. Your domain stays registered in your name, with the company you use now. At launch we change where it points, with your approval.
No. Your new site runs on Cloudflare's free plan, so there's no hosting bill. The Care plan pays for us to look after it. If your site ever needs more, like customer accounts, we'll tell you the cost before you decide.
Usually, yes. Bookings, payments and online stores stay in your own account with the company that runs them, such as Square, Vagaro or Jobber, and your new site links to them or shows them on the page. If your bookings are built into your current website plan, we'll quote setting up a replacement before you cancel it.
It depends on the package and how quickly photos and approvals come back. Your written proposal gives you a timeline before you commit.
On the Care plan, you call, text or email with the change and we make it. Without the Care plan, ask us and we'll quote the change before we do it.
No one can honestly promise that. We make your number, your services and your main button easy to find, and we set up the basics search engines read, like clear page titles and a sitemap sent to Google. We don't run ads or manage social media.
Your logo file if you have one, any photos you'd like to use (phone photos are fine) and a short call. For everything else, we start from what's already on your site.
